La storia narra che lo svizzero Maurizio Steckli nel 1920, si trasferì dalle sue Montagne Engadina del Canton Grigoni nel paese di Borgo Val di taro, dove apri’ un laboratorio di pasticceria. Anche se sono passati quasi 100 anni la ricetta è ancora segreta, due cialde di wafer che racchiudono una crema leggera alla vaniglia.
Oggi l’AMOR è il dolce tipico del San Valentino borgotarese, da anni il paese festeggia la festa degli innamorati in piazza , con bancarelle colme dei meravigliosi dolcetti, da far assaggiare a tutti i passanti.
Quindi ricordatevelo il prossimo 14 febbraio e se la ricetta, è un segreto da piu’ di 100 anni ci sarà un motivo , tocca a voi assaggiarlo e capire il perche’!
